What is your role in Porto Mirabello?
I like to think that my role is to win the trust over the customer and later to work with the aim to make his stay in Porto Mirabello completely satisfactory.
It can be said that my current role is the result of a career begun in 2014 with the Reception activity.
In this phase I learned a series of essential technical knowledge, entering the world of boating as a novice, but with enthusiasm.
Later, following the choice by our administrator to create an ad hoc space based on customer service, my working activity has moved to our Concierge office, dedicated to owners and crews satisfaction.
Today, putting into practice the experience learned over these years, my work is mainly oriented to the promotion of berth for rent and sale. Working in the sales department I perceive to have finally the possibility to contribute effectively to the increase of a reality that I consider an added value to La Spezia city.

What do you like of Porto Mirabello?
It would be common to praise only the most obvious qualities.
What I prefer is, without a doubt, the dynamism that characterizes it: far from being a static environment, Porto Mirabello contains a dense network of interpersonal relationships and trust in continuous growth and evolution.
More precisely, what excites me is the spirit of belonging that develops every day among owners, captain and crews who daily live the Port.
The certainty of being a point of reference for our customers, in terms of professionalism, safety and quality of services is definitely what I prefer of Porto Mirabello and I believe that proposing us as a real Home Port is the key aspect that distinguishes us.

Why should shipowners and captains choose to moor in Porto Mirabello?
I think we can answer this question with 3 key words: security, location, services.
Porto Mirabello is a safe Marina, located in a natural Gulf, able to guarantee protection even in extreme weather conditions.
This means, first of all, tranquility for shipowners and captains.
With reference to the location, they believe that choosing Porto Mirabello means to ensure their boat a strategic location: first thanks to the proximity to some of the most suggestive destinations of the Mediterranean, as Portovenere, Portofino, Corsica and Sardinia, as well as some of the most beautiful Italian cities; second, thanks to the proximity to the most important shipyards, which implies the certainty of being able to take advantage of the best expertise in nautical matter.
Finally, I believe that owners and crews should choose us mainly for the services we can offer: 11 bars and restaurants, a gym for the exclusive use of captains and crew, a lounge with BBQ and sea view, a beauty centre and not least our Concierge Office, completely dedicated to customer care.
To date, the purpose of my role is nothing more than to work so that all these aspects become known to those who have not yet had the opportunity to try Porto Mirabello.
